Beginning in 1996 with the building of the temporary TV broadcasting facility for NBC News at the Chicago Democratic National Convention to the building of the first LEGOLAND® Discovery Center in the United States in 2008, ICI has been called upon to use its construction expertise in unique and “out of the box” projects.

ICI has completed theme/recreation projects for prestigious clients such Butler National Golf Course, Chicago’s Field Museum of Natural History and Walt Disney Imagineering. Our talented and innovative team works with architects and owners to ensure that the imaginative design and state-of-the-art technology of all ICI projects is seamlessly integrated into the construction of the space.
