Bruce R. Bronge
President
A graduate of the University of Denver, Bruce Bronge joined the family’s construction business in 1984, rising through the ranks as superintendent, project manager, VP and ultimately to president. Bruce holds decision-making responsibility. He is dedicated to committing the resources required to protect the owners’ best interests and taking each project to a successful and timely completion. Bruce employs strong managerial skills in leading senior staff, ensuring ready accessibility and accountability.

Randall A. Bronge, LEED AP BD+C
Executive Vice President
A Tested License Holder for General Construction in eight states, Randy oversees all field personnel and has responsibility for overall management of union negotiations regarding jurisdictional matters. He also has the distinction of serving as ICI Project Safety Director. Having been in the construction industry since 1976, Randy, along with his father, Richard Bronge, founded ICI in 1982. Randy’s experience as a millwright, field superintendent and project manager has provided a strong foundation for his current position overseeing all field operations.

Tim J. Jackson, LEED AP
Vice President of Operations
A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a BS in environmental science, Tim Jackson has been in the construction industry since 1988. His experience is diversified and his track record is proven in the implementation, operation and completion of construction projects. He has been with ICI since 2002 and today oversees all aspects of operations including estimating and project management. His background in management serves ICI well as he leads staff in the pursuit, planning, construction and successful completion of each project.

Marc Poskin, CPE, LEED AP
Chief Estimator / Director of K-12 Education
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Marc holds master’s degrees in both Architecture and Civil Engineering. His background includes K-12 education, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. His responsibilities at ICI focus upon cost estimating and value analysis during the pre-construction phase and hard bid management. Marc provides conceptual estimating and value engineering based on local market pricing and historical cost data, ensuring that cost decisions are made soon enough to keep project costs in check and bids within budget.

Anthony Wygonski
Chief Financial Officer
Tony converts financial data into actionable information or strategy, and communicates with International Contractors’ internal and external audiences. He is responsible for the financial integrity and short and long term financial goals of the corporation. By serving as the Financial Manager of various businesses throughout his career, Tony has gained a depth of experience, including accounting, financial and strategic planning mergers and acquisitions, credit, human resources and information technology.

Joe Fahey
Vice President of Business Development
A graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Communication, Joe has been in the real estate and construction industry for over 15 years. His diverse experience includes working as the Director of Real Estate and Construction for a regional retailer where his responsibilities included site selection and construction of new locations in multiple states. He also managed the real estate and construction division of an expanding insurance company where he was responsible for opening over 30 branch offices. Since joining International Contractors, Inc. in 2008, Joe’s responsibilities include managing the marketing and business development areas and developing relationships and business with new and existing cliental.
