Company History and Mission

International Contractors, Inc. (ICI) is a thriving, family-owned, commercial construction firm serving public and private entities since 1982.  Our firm’s philosophy is founded on the strength of our people and the value of teamwork. Our mission stems from understanding the program needs of the Owner while simultaneously promoting the intent of the Design Team.

Richard C. Bronge and his eldest son, Randall A. Bronge, founded International Contractors, Inc. in 1982 with a vision for a family owned business that would deliver quality construction services with a personal touch.  Over the years, Richard’s other two sons came to work at ICI as well, each finding their own place in the company that best fit their natural talents.  Randall A. Bronge took charge of Field Operations and Safety from the company’s inception and is currently Executive Vice President.  Bruce R. Bronge rose thru the ranks, serving first as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Executive Vice President and is now our President.  Jeffrey R. Bronge has been with the Estimating Department since 1988.  What started as a father and his sons coming together to start a construction business has grown into a much larger family of over 40 skilled construction professionals and tradesmen who have worked together seamlessly for years.

This thriving, family owned business has consistently striven to do more for their clients through innovations in technology and a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude.
